Consultation deposits
Consultation deposits reserve time and preparation. Once a consultation is completed or substantial prep has begun, deposits are generally non-refundable.
Project cancellation
If you cancel before substantial work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion to account for time already spent.
Milestone work
For milestone projects, payments are due when each milestone is completed and approved. Refunds are not issued for approved milestones.
Quality
We provide revisions within the agreed scope. If deliverables materially deviate from scope, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
