Project Deposits
Deposits are used to secure resources and commence work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Service Cancellation
If you cancel a project before substantial work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion to account for time already spent and allocated resources.
Milestone-Based Work
For milestone projects, payments are due upon completion of each milestone. Refunds are not issued for approved milestones.
Quality Assurance
We provide revisions within the agreed scope. If deliverables materially deviate from the agreed scope, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
