- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you unless agreed otherwise.
- We may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Limitations
Services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tends to Infinity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
